<text>Excellent functionality, but it is difficult to get a sense as to the sentiment about a brand from the search results page - currently it seems to be a set of links to the deeper web, leaving me to poke around at my own devices. I don't have time for that!

I want to have more information exposed to me at a glance, whether that is say the top 5 results for each metric, or perhaps a chronological view of what has been said over the past 7, 14, 30 days, and have that customizable so that I can quickly see what I am interested in.

Good examples are what pipl.com do with their search results, hiding low ranked items.</text>

<text>This is an excellent idea with lots of support. We'll see what we can do about adding some of these ideas in a future release. We'll probably start with providing access to some at a glance information. I'm afraid it will probably be some time before we implement a chronological view.</text>

<text>I'm looking at the scores for my brands and I don't really know what to make of it - what does a score of 636 mean in real terms? How does my brand rank next to others?

Perhaps develop a key to the scoring criteria, and define segments mapping to good, bad etc...

Also, why not have a brand ranking of all the brands in the system... either a top 10, or where your brand ranks next to some baselines.</text>
