support brands which consist of multiple words started
Currently, if say I enter Coca Cola or American Airlines, in many of the search results I don't get anything particularly relevant to my brand, but rather results containing either one of the words or both, but not necessarily together in the context of the brand.
We now have better support for brands with multiple words. Unfortunately it's still far from perfect as some of the sources of the metrics do not support searches with multiple words.

make scoring more understandable
I'm looking at the scores for my brands and I don't really know what to make of it - what does a score of 636 mean in real terms? How does my brand rank next to others?
Perhaps develop a key to the scoring criteria, and define segments mapping to good, bad etc...

add delicious metric
It would beneficial to see how many people on Delicious are bookmarking brands or/and mentioning them.

Provide at-a-glance information planned
Excellent functionality, but it is difficult to get a sense as to the sentiment about a brand from the search results page - currently it seems to be a set of links to the deeper web, leaving me to poke around at my own devices. I don't have time for that!

This is an excellent idea with lots of support. We'll see what we can do about adding some of these ideas in a future release. We'll probably start with providing access to some at a glance information. I'm afraid it will probably be some time before we implement a chronological view.

give me the ability to set additional preferences.
To name just two: I would like to be able to set my own weighted values for each metric, plus choose the frequency of "reports" coming to me in email.

link brand names and their abbreviations = consistent scores
Where a brand is also known by an abbreviation linkage would enable a more consistent score.

toggle affiliate/non-affiliate results (coupon sites, etc.)
be able to filter out or see exclusively all the misc. affiliate sites (like the ones that just post coupon codes) so they're different from actual blog posts.

Add tag cloud brand perception (what people says about them)
Provide more than just scores.
What brands want to know is if they are visible enought( you've done it) but also how they are visible, what people says about them (perception, reputation). Because you can be very visible but negatively...
You could do it with a sort of tag cloud ;-)

offer export formats of the complete search results (not only the result but the global url, content, ....)
